Black Chickpea Salad

Ingredients to make Black Chickpea Salad

  • 1 cup Black chickpea boiled
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 potato boiled & chopped
  • 1/4 cup cucumber chopped
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • peppercorn to taste crushed
  • salt to taste

How to make Black Chickpea Salad

  1. In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix well until combined. Serve immediately.
