Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/4 cup all purpose Flour
  3. 2 tbsp ghee
  4. 3 tbsp curd
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. 2 CUP WHEAT FLOUR, 1/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  2. 1 TSP SUGAR POWDER, SALT TO TASTE
  3. 2 TBSP GHEE OR BUTTER, 3 TBSP CURD
  4. MIX CRUMBLY
  5. KNEAD TO SMOOTH DOUGH
  6. COVER AND LEAVE FOR 1 HOUR
  7. TAKE SMALL BALL FORM DOUGH AND ROLL IT OUT INTO OVAL OR ROUND SHAPE ( THICKER THAN CHAPATIS)
  8. PLACE ROLLED OUT ROTI ON A HOT TAVA
  9. FLIP THE ROTI OVER AND COOK UNTIL LIGHT BROWN SPOT APPEAR
  10. KEEP ASIDE
  11. POP THIS ROTIS INTO A TOASTER
  12. TOAST THEM ON MEDIUM UNTIL THEY PUFF UP AND DARKER BROWN SPOT APPEAR
  13. READY, REMOVE FROM TOASTER
  14. SMEAR IT WITH GHEE
  15. SERVE HOT WITH YOUR FAVORITE CURRYY
