Ingredients to make Mango Yogurt Ombre Popsicles

  • Plain greek yogurt 2 1/2 cups
  • mango puree 1 cup
  • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • Organic flowers (optional)

How to make Mango Yogurt Ombre Popsicles

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Use a baster to apply one small layer of this mixture to the bottom of your popsicle molds.
  3. Tap the bottoms of the molds on your work surface to even out the layers.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Whisk 1 teaspoon of mango puree into the yogurt mixture and then use the baster to apply another layer into your molds.
  6. Tap the bottoms again to even it out. Set it in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
  7. Whisk another teaspoon of mango puree into the yogurt mixture and repeat this process.
  8. Continue adding layers and whisking in teaspoons of the mango puree to make darker and darker layers until you've filled up your molds.
  9. Stick in your popsicle sticks and freeze for about 3 hours, or until frozen all the way through.
  10. Have fun making them !

My Tip:

1. I have created 7 layered ombré popsicle. You can add or minus. Its all on you. 2. Make sure your pops are 100% frozen before trying to remove them from the molds. 3. Hold your mold under warm running water for a minute. Allow the warm water to hit the top and bottom of the mold, not just the middle else it will start to melt, which will cause breakage.
