Ingredients to make Mango Mastana

  • 2 Ripe Mangoes (Alfanso/Himsagar/Lyangra)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 scoop Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cherries
  • 1.5 cup milk
  • pistachio for garnishing

How to make Mango Mastana

  1. First blend well mangoes, milk and sugar.
  2. Pour the mixture in 2 glasses.
  3. Add 1 scoop vanilla ice cream in each glass.
