About Mango Cream Recipe

It is one of my favorites. If I wish I could just dive into a puddle of Mango Cream. Sweet, creamy, it is heaven in a spoon!

Mango Cream

Ingredients to make Mango Cream

  • Large ripe mangoes 2
  • Medium ripe mango 1
  • Whipping cream 11/2 cups
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Powdered sugar 2 tbsp
  • FOR GARNISH:
  • Whipped cream
  • cardamom powder
  • mint leaves
  • Silvered pistachios (optional)
  • mango chocolate shavings (optional)

How to make Mango Cream

  1. Peel the medium mango and cube, save it for topping.
  2. Peel 2 large mangoes, cube and puree in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Beat the whipping cream, cardamom and sugar until stiff peaks form, about 5-6 minutes. Save some of the beaten cream for topping.
  4. Gently fold the mango puree in the cream.
  5. Pipe it into individual dessert cups and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Before serving, top it with whipped cream.
  7. Place some of the mango cubes.
  8. Sprinkle with pistachios or cardamom powder, add mango chocolate shavings and pop it with mint leaves.
  9. Enjoy this oh, so finger licking good dessert !

My Tip:

I have used Tropolite whipping cream. You can use any whipping cream available.
