Mango Kalakand

Ingredients to make Mango Kalakand

  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Milk - 3 litre
  • sugar 3 cup
  • mango Pulp - 3 Cup
  • Dry Fruits - 1 Cup

How to make Mango Kalakand

  1. Take 3 Litres of milk in a bowl and bring to boil. Then add lemon juice. Once milk get curdled, turn off the flame.
  2. Remove all excess water and keep it aside.
  3. In a pan add sugar, mango pulp, mix well and add curdled milk. Mix well again.
  4. Keep mixing for 10 minutes, then add cashewnuts, cook till ghee oozes out, that is when your kalakand is ready.
  5. Take a pan or cake dish. Grease with ghee and pour this mixture, keep it on a side for one hour and then cut into pieces.
