Sushi is Japanese rice mostly sushi is known as sweet or dessert mostly baked with some veggies or fruits but i give a little twist by adding spices, coconut and then deep fry it..hope you all like my innovative idea... :heart:

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Small rice 1 cup
  2. White vinegar 1 teaspoon
  3. Coconut powder 2 tablespoon
  4. Salt according to your taste
  5. Red chili powder 1/3 teaspoon
  6. chaat masala 1 teaspoon
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a pot add rice add required water add 1 teaspoon white vinegar and let them cooked until water absorbed totally
  2. In a bowl add coconut powder add little water and make a paste
  3. Now transfer all rice in a big bowl
  4. Now add all spices along with coconut paste
  5. Mix it well and make a small balls place it on your palm and then flat a little
  6. Now heat oil in a wok and then deep fry it till golden brown color
  7. Serve hot
