  • 1/2 cup or 115 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup or 35 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 cup or 125 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp saffron
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Beat the butter until creamy.
  2. Add in the cardamom, saffron threads and vanilla. You can crush the saffron into a powder and add also. Beat until uniform.
