Mango pudding

Ingredients to make Mango pudding

  • 1 and 1/2 mangoes (diced)
  • 400 ml amul fresh cream
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 4-5 marie digestive biscuits
  • 200 ml maaza or frooti ( you can use fresh orange juice)
  • Mango cake ( youu can use any cake )
  • 1/2 cup dry fruits (chopped)

How to make Mango pudding

  1. Take 100 ml maaza and dip the marie biscuits in it and arrange it in your bowl or glass.
  2. Cut slices of the cake and arrange it in the center of the bowl. Pour in 2 tbsp maaza on the cake.
  3. Make a layer of the chopped mangoes on the cake.
  4. Now pour in the fresh cream on mangoes (add sugar in fresh cream). Add the chopped dry fruits.
  5. Again follow the same steps from the 2nd step and make another layer.
  6. Garnish it with whipped cream and tutti frutti.
  7. Freeze it for 2-3 hrs and serve it chilled.
