Mango Lemonade

Ingredients to make Mango Lemonade

  • Mango pulp – 3/4 cup (Use good quality mangoes like Alphonso)
  • Lemon juice – From 4 lemons
  • Ginger(grated) – 2-3 pinch
  • Chilled water – as required
  • For sugar syrup-
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • For Garnish:
  • Mint leaves
  • Lemon slices
  • Ice cubes

How to make Mango Lemonade

  1. . To make sugar syrup, mix sugar and water to gather and bring it to boil. Keep stirring until sugar is completely dissolved. I prefer to make sugar syrup with 1 string consistency. You can skip it if you are pressed of time.
  2. Just ensure sugar and water boils and all sugar gets dissolved. Let the syrup cool down completely before using.
  3. 2. Blend the mangoes until smooth. Add sugar syrup, lemon juice, grated ginger and chilled water and blend again for 5-10 seconds.
  4. 3. Pour into serving glasses. Garnish with mint leaves, lemon slices and ice cubes and serve chilled immediately! ENJOY
