Kesar Badam Kulfi

Ingredients to make Kesar Badam Kulfi

  • 1 litre full cream milk
  • 2 tablespoon milk powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kesar strands
  • 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 8-9 almonds (ground)

How to make Kesar Badam Kulfi

  1. In a wok, heat milk and reduce it to half.
  2. Add milk powder, sugar, kesar strands and ground almonds and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
  3. Add rose water and cardamom powder and switch off the flame. Let this cool.
  4. Pour this into an aluminium tin or a freezer safe plastic container.
  5. Freeze for 3-4 hours or until set. Cut into pieces and serve!

My Tip:

Use aluminium tin for freezing the kulfi. It will be ready in less time.
