Fruity Papaya Buttermilk Oat Smoothie

One of my favourite easy on-the-go breakfasts inspired an Instagram smoothie with papaya yogurt and flax seeds.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe Papaya
  • 5 Strawberries
  • 1 heaped tbsp Oats {or oatmeal}
  • 400ml cultured Buttermilk
  • 6-8 Almonds
  • 1-2 tsp Brown sugar if required
  • 4-5 Ice cubes

Recipe Preparation

  1. Add everything in a blender and blend till smooth. Serve by pouring in serving glasses.
My Tip: Use honey instead of sugar as a sweetener.
