In a blender take 1 chopped mango with 1 cup milk and 2 tbsp sugar. Just blend it and make Aam Ras.
Aam Ras Papdi:
In a bowl take Wheat Flour mix Aam ras in it. With Oil knead a dough.
Make dough balls.
Take one dough ball, press it with your hand flatten it.
Spread oil on your palms it and than again make a ball.
On a rolling board spread dry flour and with rolling pin make a thin paratha.
Heat pan and put the parathas on it, when it is cooked from one side flip it to other side.
Spread oil on both sides and fry till it becomes crusty light golden in colour.
Take it out on a plate, cut in strips or in 4 half triangles, shape as you like.
Serve it with Aam Ras.
Your Aam Ras Papdi is ready.
