Ingredients to make Instant Mango Mint Sorbet

  • Ripe Sweet Mangoes - 2 peeled and cubed
  • lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
  • sugar - 5-6 tbsp or adjust as per taste
  • mint - 6-7 leaves

How to make Instant Mango Mint Sorbet

  1. Chop mangoes and put them in a ziploc bag. Freeze them till they are frozen hard.
  2. Put them in a blender, add in lemon juice, mint and sugar. Grind them till they are pureed, they would be thick and creamy like a icecream.
  3. Scoop them into bowls and serve immediately or just transfer them to a container and freeze them for 30 minutes before serving.

My Tip:

The Mangoes should be frozen hard, to get perfect creamy sorbet. This Sorbet can be stored in freezer for weeks. Just before serving remove from the freezer let it be in room temperature for few mins to scoop it easily.
