About Mango Ice Cream Recipe

Mango Ice Cream is very easy to make at home. Recipe adapted from foodnetwork.

Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients to make Mango Ice Cream

  • mango Pulp - 2 Cup ( I used Storebought)
  • Sweetened condensed milk - 1 Cup
  • lemon Juice - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • Whipping cream - 2 cup

How to make Mango Ice Cream

  1. In a blender add Mango pulp, Condensed milk, Lemon juice and salt. Blend it until it's well combined and smooth puree. Pour it in a bowl, keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl add the whipping cream, whip it until soft peaks form. Fold 1/2 whipped cream to the mango mixture, mix it. Then add the remaining half whipped cream and gently mix it.
  3. Pour it in a loaf and Freeze it for at least 5 hrs or Overnight.
