Mango Creamy Lassi

Ingredients to make Mango Creamy Lassi

  • Ripe Mango - 1 large peeled and cubed (reserve some cubes for garnish)
  • Sugar - 4 to 5 tbspor to taste
  • Curd /Yogurt - 1/2 cup 
  • Fresh cream - 1 tbsp+ 1 tbsp for garnish
  • Water - as needed

How to make Mango Creamy Lassi

  1. Take all the ingredients in the blender and puree them. Pour the puree in a jar add some chilled water. Mix well.
  2. Pour the lassi into a serving glass and top it up with couple of mango cubes and some fresh cream.
  3. Serve cold.
