  • 80 ml White wine
  • 80 ml Olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2+3/4 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Sugar for rolling the biscuits
  • Pinch of salt

How to make Zezettes de Sète/French White Wine Biscuits

  1. Take the wine and sugar in a bowl, beat until the sugar gets dissolves. Add the olive oil and beat for a while, now add the baking powder, two cups of flour, vanilla extract, pinch of salt and mix until it forms a dough.
  2. Gradually add the remaining flour and knead everything to form a smooth dough.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350F, line a baking sheet with a baking paper.
