ABOUT Eggless 2 Minute Microwave Coffee Mug Chocolate Cake RECIPE

Super easy and super simple coffee mug cake, best for tea time cake or kids tiffin.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Maida /refine flour - 3-4 tbsp
  2. Sugar - 2-3 tbsp
  3. Baking powder - 1 tsp
  4. Baking soda -1/4 tsp
  5. Coco powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
  6. Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
  7. Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
  8. Milk - 5-6 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add refine flour ,baking powder ,baking soda ,coco powder,sugar ,veg oil. Add milk gradually and make thick paste ,now add vanilla essence and mix it well.
  2. Grease a coffee mug with little oil ,pour cake batter into the coffee mug, put it in microwave. Microwave it for 2 minutes, insert a spoon Inside the cake, if it does not stick, means cake is done.
