Ingredients to make Mix Fruit Ice Cream

  • Mangoes 2
  • banana 2
  • grapes a bunch
  • Kiwi 2
  • apple 2
  • sugar to taste
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Mix Fruit Ice Cream

  1. Take fresh fruits of your choice, wash them and chop them.
  2. Store in a ziploc and freeze for 4 hours. After 4 hours take them out and blend it with some milk till it is creamy in consistency.
  3. Then pour this ice cream batter in ice cream moulds or in a covered container for freezing for 6-8 hours till it sets properly.
