Ingredients to make Chocolate Truffle

  • 2/3 cup double cream
  • 340g cooking chocolate chopped into tiny cubes
  • 35g of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

How to make Chocolate Truffle

  1. Pour the cream in the pan and bring it to a boil.
  2. Immediately remove from the heat and add chocolate cubes followed by vanilla extract. Mix well to make a chocolate ganache
  3. Transfer into the bowl and refrigerate until cold enough to roll.
  4. Take a teaspoon of the chocolate ganache and make balls of it and roll them in cocoa.
  5. Refrigerate for sometime and its ready to eat.
My Tip: Drizzle some chocolate syrup on top.
