Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup soya chunks
  2. 1/2 bell pepper or capsicum julienne
  3. 1 small onion finely sliced
  4. 3 lettuce leaves
  5. 3-4 tbsp water
  6. 3 rotis/ wheat tortillas
  7. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  8. 2 tbsp tomato chilli sauce
  9. 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  10. 2-3 tbsp oil
  11. 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  12. 1/4 teaspoon fennel powder
  13. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  14. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  15. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  16. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  17. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water with salt. Switch off
  2. Add soya chunks and rest for 25 minutes
  3. Squeeze and drain excess water. Keep it aside
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add onions with little salt. Saute until translucent
  5. Add bell pepper or capsicum and stir fry for 2 minutes
  6. Add spice powders salt and sugar. Mix well.Add vinegar, water and sauce. Mix well
  7. Add soya chunks, coriander leaves.mix well until it's well coated with masalas. Switch off
  8. Place roti on plate. Add lettuce leaves, soya topping on top
  9. Tightly roll and pin with toothpick. Add foil at bottom so that contents do not fall out. Serve immediately
