Vermicelli kheer

Ingredients to make Vermicelli kheer

  • 1 litre milk
  • Little dry fruits of your choice
  • mango pulp 1 cup
  • ghee 1 tbsp
  • sugar 1 cup
  • 3/4 cup gm Vermicelli

How to make Vermicelli kheer

  1. Take ghee in a pan and roast vermicelli till light brown. Put 1 litre milk which has been thickened to 3/4 by heating it and stirring it continuously. Put sugar mango pulp and sugar. Mix it properly till the sugar dissolves. Cool and serve.
  2. Serve it in bowls with dry fruits

My Tip:

Can put elaichi powder in it.
