Eggless Baked Mango Cheesecake

Ingredients to make Eggless Baked Mango Cheesecake

  • 15-16 marie biscuits
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 packet philadelphia cream cheese at room temp.
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Mango Pulp
  • 2 tsp corn starch

How to make Eggless Baked Mango Cheesecake

  1. Crush the biscuits and add butter.
  2. Mix well and set by pressing lightly to form a base in a pie dish or tin pan.
  3. Bake it in a pre heated oven for 5-6 mins at 180 degree. Remove and set aside.
  4. In a bowl mix the cream cheese and sugar untill the sugar dissolves completely.
  5. Add mango puree and corn starch. Mix lightly until and pour over the biscuit base.
  6. Bake for 30 mins at 180 degree. There should be slight browning on the sides for a perfectly baked cheese cake.
  7. Let it cool completely and refregirate before serving
