About Vegetarian Momos (Egg less) Recipe

Momo's originated from Nepal. Now it has become a favourite every where. We can serve as a breakfast or snack.

Vegetarian Momos (Egg less)

Ingredients to make Vegetarian Momos (Egg less)

  • 250 gms refined flour
  • 100 gms oil
  • 250 gms grated cabbage
  • tomato sauce one cup
  • vinegar half cup
  • garlic 10-12
  • red chilli powder two tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Vegetarian Momos (Egg less)

  1. Make a Dough with maida, oil, salt and water.
  2. Fillings add two tsp oil in a heated frying pan add grated cabbage, one tsp vinegar pinch of salt. Stir for a few minutes.
  3. Now spread dough and fill with cabbage and fold like a dim sum.
  4. Steam for fifteen minutes.
  5. Add two tsp oil in a heated frying pan add garlic paste, red chilli powder,vinegar, pinch of sugar, half cup tomato sauce, salt to taste. Cook for a few minutes.
  6. Serve with red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce

It is spicy food
