Ingredients to make Eggless Vermicelli Oats Pan Pie

  • Ingredients for Pie dough:
  • 2 cup Vermicelli (boiled)
  • 2 cup oats (boiled)
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Butter as required
  • Vanilla essence 3-4 drops
  • For Filling:
  • 3 cup grated paneer
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 2 tbsp milk dry fruits (chopped)
  • 1 tsp cardamom and cinnamon powder
  • Cherries for garnishing
  • Sugar as per taste
  • 3 tsp Sooji

How to make Eggless Vermicelli Oats Pan Pie

  1. Method for filling:
  2. Heat the milk in one pan and add sugar and semolina.
  3. Afterwards mix grated paneer.
  4. Mix milk powder, dry fruits and cardamom powder.
  5. Method for pie:
  6. Mix oats and vermicelli in a bowl.
  7. Mix some butter in it.
  8. Add in the mixture of oats.
  9. Mix all the ingredients that were used in the pie. Make a dough.
  10. In a non-stick pan put the pie dough.
  11. Add filling mixture over it.
  12. Cover it with any utensil.
  13. Put tava on gas stove on a medium flame.
  14. Cook until pie is golden brown in colour.
  15. Vermicelli – Oats pie is ready to serve.
