Oats Ladoo

Ingredients to make Oats Ladoo

  • Oats-100gm
  • Groundnut-100gm
  • Roasted and coarsely ground sesame seeds-50gm
  • jaggery-100gm
  • ghee-1tbsp
  • dessicated coconut for coating

How to make Oats Ladoo

  1. Heat ghee in a kadai, add oats and roast until brown. Remove from heat and keep aside
  2. Heat jaggery in a pan with 1 tbsp of water, mix well.
  3. Add the roasted oats, groundnuts and sesame seeds in it and mix well .
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool down a bit.
  5. While it is still warm, use your hands to shape the ladoos.
  6. Roll the ladoos in dessicated coconut and serve.

My Tip:

here I am using jaggery instead of sugar
