This smoothie is a nice option to finish a simple meal. Ingredients Serving: 1

Coconut milk from a can 1 cup
Tender coconut water 1/2 cup
Raw cane sugar 1 tablespoon
Fresh coconut (grated). 1 tablespoon
Dry sweetened coconut. 1 tablespoon
Almond butter 1 teaspoon
Pineapple pieces for garnishing. 1 tablespoon
Coconut whipped cream. 2 tablespoon

Instructions

Add dry and fresh grated coconut to the blender and powder lightly using the pulse mode of the mixer.
Grinding it on full speed may leave a oily paste which may not be very palatable.
Add coconut milk, tender coconut water, sugar, milk,almond butter, and pulse it till frothy.
Pour into a glass
Open the whipped cream can, release nozzle and press against the inside of the glass, to top the smoothie with coconut cream
If using ordinary whipped cream, just whip it till stiff and pipe on top of the smoothie.
Chop pineapple into small cubes and sprinkle on TOP of the cream
Work quickly and serve chill.
Not a good idea to refrigerate and serve later.
