Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients to make Mango Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 cups Freshly Cut Sweet Alphonso mango Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Freshly cut papaya Chunks
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup scooped Watermelon
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Kiwi
  • 1 tsp Grated Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp pumpkin Seeds

How to make Mango Smoothie Bowl

  1. Blend Mango, Papaya and Yogurt for 10 seconds.
  2. Scoop watermelon roundels and slice kiwi.
  3. Pour in Mango Smoothie into the bowl and top it with watermelon scoops, Kiwi Slices, Coconut and sprinkle pumpkin seeds.

My Tip:

Slice, Scoop and Blend freshly cut fruits only. I have added no sugar, hence natural sugar of fruits goodness is fortified in smoothie bowl.
