Corn Kebab

Ingredients to make Corn Kebab

  • Corn-2 cups
  • bread crumb - from 2 slices bread
  • boiled potaoes - 2 mashed
  • onion-1 chopped finely
  • green chili-2
  • oil - 2tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste - 3/4 tsp
  • red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
  • garam masala - 1/4 tsp
  • coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • Topping: lemon-1
  • chat masala - 1tsp

How to make Corn Kebab

  1. Grind the corn with green chilli.
  2. Mix this and all the ingredients except oil in a bowl.
  3. Using your hands, make long sticks of paste.
  4. Now place all the sticks on grill, roast it on slow fire.
  5. Brush oil on sticks in between 2-3 times, roast every side till done.
  6. Hot kabab is ready to eat, serve with a sprinkle of juice of lemon and chat masala.
My Tip: his can be made in otg or shallow fry. Here i used gas tandoor and the result is super. i think in OTG it is easy to make .
