Ingredients to make Shahi Chicken Shammi Kebab

  • Chana dal - 1 cup
  • Chicken boneless - 500 gms
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • chilly crushed - 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli whole - 7
  • cumin seeds - 2 tsp
  • coriander whole - 2 tsp
  • cloves - 7
  • Black pepper whole - 10
  • cinnamon sticks - 2 small
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • Ginger Chopped - 1 tsp
  • garlic chopped - 10
  • Oil for pan frying

How to make Shahi Chicken Shammi Kebab

  1. Boil the chana dal with chicken and spices. Let the chicken cook. Strain and keep aside to cool.
  2. Add ginger, chopped. Coriander, green chillies and garlic. Mix well and mince.
  3. Make round kebabs from the mixture and pan fry them in oil.
  4. Serve these kebabs with tomato sauce and Mexican salsa.
