About Raw Mango Pulao Recipe

Using left over boiled rice & raw mangoes, this dish is super yummy.

Raw Mango Pulao

Ingredients to make Raw Mango Pulao

  • 2 cup boiled rice
  • 1 tbsp refined oil
  • 1-2 dry red chillies
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp mustard seed
  • 1 raw mango chopped
  • Heeng - as per taste
  • salt to taste
  • Roasted cumin seeds to garnish

How to make Raw Mango Pulao

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add dry red chillies, mustard seeds and heeng.
  3. Now add green chilli, chopped raw mangoes, curry leaves and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now add boiled rice, salt and toss well. Sprinkle a little water in the pan and toss again for 1 minute.
  5. Garnish with roasted cumin seeds and enjoy the pulao!

My Tip:

You can also boil rice separately. Use Basmati rice.
