Absolutely moist , creamy , healthy Dome cake . No food colours , no Maida , no eggs , no oven .

Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. For Mocha whole wheat sponge cake :
  2. Whole wheat flour 1 cup equals 300 ml
  3. Baking powder 2 teaspoons
  4. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  5. Butter at room temperature 1/4 cup
  6. Honey 1 cup
  7. Powdered brown sugar 2 tablespoons
  8. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  9. Curd 3/4 cup
  10. Milk 150 ml
  11. Dark coco powder 2 tablespoons
  12. Instant coffee powder 2 tablespoons
  13. Butter for greasing
  14. Coco powder for dusting
  15. For Coffee Syrup :
  16. water 80 ml
  17. Sugar 2 tablespoons
  18. Instant Coffee powder 2 teaspoons
  19. For chocolate sauce :
  20. Dairy milk Hazelnut chocolate 50 gram
  21. Milk 3 tablespoons
  22. For Green cream :
  23. Cream Cheese 100 gram ( at room temperature )
  24. Dream whip powder 1 box ( already contains vanilla and sugar )
  25. Milk 40 ml
  26. Avocado 1 big ( seed disposed )
  27. Lime juice 2 tablespoons
  28. Honey 1 tablespoon
  29. Other Ingredients :
  30. Coco powder 1 cup or as required

Instructions

  1. In a bowl ,take 1/4 cup butter ( at room temperature ) . Start whisking .
  2. Add 3/4 cup curd . Whisk .
  3. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract .
  4. Add 150 ml milk .
  5. Add 1 cup =300ml honey .Whisk all together until combined . Wet ingredients ready .
  6. Coming to dry ingredients , take 1 cup sieved whole wheat flour .
  7. Add 2 teaspoons sifted baking powder .
  8. Add 1 teaspoon sieved baking soda .
  9. Add 2 tablespoons sieved dark coco powder .
  10. Add 2 tablespoons sieved instant coffee powder .
  11. Add 2 tablespoons sifted powdered brown sugar .
  12. Now mix all the dry ingredients using a spatula . See all are combined well .
  13. Now transfer the dry ingredients gradually to the wet ingredients while whisking other hand .
  14. Whisk gently .
  15. Our cake batter is ready . Looks silky smooth .
  16. Grease a dome shaped cake tin with little butter . Dust with little coco powder .
  17. Transfer the cake batter to the greased cake tin . Bake in a preheated cooker for 70 minutes .
  18. Preheating time 10 minutes in medium heat . Baking time is 70 minutes in low to medium heat .
  19. While cake is getting baked , let’s prepare coffee syrup . Heat 80 ml water . Add 2 tbs sugar .
  20. Add 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder .
  21. Allow the coffee syrup to boil for 5 minutes . Switch off . Bring to room temperature.
  22. Our cake is baked . Check with a toothpick to confirm whether baked or not .
  23. Our mocha sponge dome cake is ready .
  24. Let the cake come to room temperature . Then take it out from the tin .
  25. Let’s prepare chocolate sauce . Heat 3 tablespoons milk.Melt 50 gram dairy milk hazelnut chocolate.
  26. Chocolate sauce with a nutty texture is ready . Bring to room temperature.
  27. Take 1 big lemon and 1 big avocado .
  28. Put avocado , lime juice 2 tablespoons, 1 tablespoon honey , 2 tbs heavy cream in blender.Blend
  29. to smooth thick scooping paste . Prepare whipping cream .
  30. I used 1 box whip powder , 40 ml milk to whip stiff cream .
  31. Use 100 g cream cheese . Whip all .
  32. Add the avocado paste . Whip to a smooth frosting . If humid , refrigerate before using .
  33. Now cut the dome cake into three layers . Top , middle and bottom .
  34. Line a parchment sheet on the plate / board . Place the bottom leveled cake layer first .
  35. Brush the layer with prepared coffee syrup . Don’t pour much . Slight brushing will do .
  36. Now spread the avocado ( green ) frosting cream on the cake layer . Spread generously.
  37. Place the second middle cake layer on top . Level the layers before stacking .
  38. Similarly brush coffee syrup , spread green cream frosting .
  39. Pour the chocolate sauce in the middle as shown .
  40. Now stack the dome part ( top layer ) of the cake .
  41. Now spread the green cream frosting throughout the cake .
  42. Finally sprinkle sieved coco powder throughout the cake .
  43. Once done , put the cake in the freezer for 20 minutes or refrigerate until serving time .
  44. Chilled cake layers will be set perfectly . Cut the chilled cake and serve .
  45. Moist , alluring Mocha green tiramisu chocolate sauce cake ready . Delicious .
