Ingredients to make Granola

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey

How to make Granola

  1. Preheat the oven at 350°F.
  2. Mix the oats with salt and cinnamon powder.
  3. Take a small bowl, whisk sugar, honey, oil and extract
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the oats and mix well (Preferably with hands).
  5. Spread the oats on a baking tray. Bake for 10 mins.
  6. Mix the granola again and sprinkle walnuts and almonds and cook for another 15 mins.
