Its very unique. From 2 days i was trying and today I got succeed.i used coconut milk and descicated coconut.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. roasted desiccated coconut 3 tablespoon
  2. melted chocolate 6 to 8 tablespoon
  3. Coconut milk one and half cup
  4. China grass Half packet
  5. Sugar to tablespoon or as needed
  6. One glass bowl as for mould

Instructions

  1. First take chocolate and melt it .
  2. Spread it in the all side corners of the glass bowl
  3. Put it in the fridge
  4. If needed coat it again with melted chocolate
  5. Again put it in the fridge
  6. It must be thick layer
  7. After 5 to 7 minutes it will set
  8. Take it out from fridge.
  9. Slowly take out from glass bowl.
  10. Put it up side down in dhe plate and brush melted chocolate..
  11. Now sprinkle roasted descicated coconut.
  12. Put it in fridge
  13. Now take a pan and pour coconut milk in it
  14. Keep boil the milk
  15. After 3 to 4 minutes add sugar in it
  16. And stir.,add soaked agar agar
  17. And stir it continuousely
  18. Till agar agar melts
  19. Switch off the flame Put it aside
  20. When it comes in room temperature immediatly pour it in chocolate bowl.
  21. Keep in fridge to set.again
  22. After 15 minut it will set
  23. Take it out from fridge
  24. Slowly scoop the middle part of coconut jelly .
  25. Make a proper shape ,so it could look a like fresh coconut.
  26. And your coconut is ready for
  27. Put it in the fridge
