Ingredients to make Khatte Meethe Ladoo

  • Raw Mangoes small size – 3 (Chopped in small pieces )
  • jaggery – 1 Cup
  • semolina – 1 Cup
  • Khoya – 1 ½ Cup
  • almond Powder – 2 tbsp
  • coconut – 1 Cup ( Grated )
  • ghee – 2 tbsp

How to make Khatte Meethe Ladoo

  1. Take ghee in a pan, put it on a flame for heating. Fry raw mangoes till they become translucent .
  2. Mix khoya with mangoes and cook for 2 min at slow flame.
  3. Add jaggery , semolina, almond powder, 2 tbsp coconut powder .
  4. Cook till the batter start leaving the pan.
  5. Take it out in a plate and let it cool down.
  6. Make small balls and roll them in dry coconut powder.
  7. Your Khatte Meethe Ladoo is ready.
