The truffle is combination of bottle gourd and coconut.
I really want to try this.
First peel and wash bottle gourd.
Now grate the bottle gourd and cook with sugar.
Cook till the bottle gourd cook and dry. The colour has changed.
Now add khoya and 3/4 cup coconut powder. 1/4 cup left for roll the truffles.
Now cook till it's seperates the sides of pan.
Now cool it
When it's cool down make truffles and roll in coconut powder.
Yummy truffles are ready.
