Ingredients to make Mango Banana and Dates Smoothie

  • mango 1/2 cup
  • Bnana 1/2
  • Milk 1 and 1/2 cup
  • sugar 3 tsp
  • dates 4-5 pieces

How to make Mango Banana and Dates Smoothie

  1. Freeze 1 cup of milk.
  2. Remove the skin of mango and bananas, cut it into pieces.
  3. Blend the frozen milk, fruit pieces and remaining milk and sugar using a juicer and prepare the smoothie.

My Tip:

For the best and different taste and small pieces of dates, decorate it with very small pieces of mango.
