Mango Brownie

Ingredients to make Mango Brownie

  • milkmaid 70 gm
  • flour 50 gm
  • mango essence 1 tsp
  • mango puree 1/2 cup
  • Choco chips 2 tbsp ( optional)
  • milk 50 ml
  • Salted butter 1/2 tbsp
  • sugar 2 tbsp
  • Soda 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • mango yellow colour 1/2 tsp

How to make Mango Brownie

  1. Sieve maida, soda, baking powder and keep aside.
  2. Preheat the oven on 180.
  3. Mix all the wet and dry ingredients together.
  4. Mix with blender for 5 minutes on medium speed.
  5. Now add mango purée and mix for one more minute.
  6. Add some Choco chips.
  7. Dust the pan and pour batter into it and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes.
