Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Goat eyes 1/2 kg
  2. onions 2 medium size
  3. tomatoes 3 big ones
  4. ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  5. turmeric powder 1 pinch
  6. chilly powder 1 tbsp
  7. coriander powder 1 tbsp
  8. Garam masala 1/2 spoon
  9. salt as per your taste
  10. oil 3tbsp
  11. coriander leaves handful


  1. In a pressure cooker add oil when it gets heated add finely chopped onions
  2. When it turns golden brown color add gg paste and saute for a minute
  3. Now add washed goat eyes and saute
  4. Then add haldi chilly powder coriander powder and saute
  5. Now add tomatoes and salt and saute till tomatoes turn mushy
  6. Add some water and close the cooker leave till u get 7 to 9 whistles
  7. Switch off the stove let the pressure settle and then open the cooker
  8. Now cook again till u get nice gravy
  9. Now add garam masala and coriander leaves and serve it with rice r rotis
