Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Aata 2 cups
  2. Salt 1 tsp
  3. Sugar 1 tbsp
  4. Oil 2 tbsp
  5. Curd 150 grms

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 CUPS WHOLE-WHEAT FLOUR, ADD 1 TSP SALT
  2. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF SUGAR & BAKING POWDER
  3. ADD 150 GMS CURD, 2 TBSP OIL, MIX WELL
  4. ADD 3/4-1 CUP WATER TO MAKE A DOUGH
  5. KNEAD THE DOUGH FOR 5 MINS
  6. WRAP THE DOUGH IN A WET MUSLIN CLOTH, SET ASIDE FOR 30 MINS
  7. FILLING FOR 1 KULCHA- TAKE 3 TBSP GRATED CHEESE, 1/4 CHOPPED CAPSICUM
  8. ADD 1/2 TSP CHAT MASALA, MIX WELL
  9. DIVIDE THE RESTED INTO 6 BALLS, FLATTEN EACH BALL
  10. FILL THE STUFFING
  11. FOLD & SEAL THE SIDES TOGETHER
  12. FLATTEN OUT THE KULCHAS USING YOUR PALMS
  13. SPRINKLE SOME SESAME SEEDS & FRESH CORIANDER ON TOP, PRESS DOWN WITH WET HANDS
  14. PLACE ON A HOT, OIL-GREASED NONSTICK TAVA LIKE THIS
  15. APPLY SOME WATER ON TOP LIKE THIS
  16. GRILL FOR 4 MINS ON LOW HEAT, FLIP & COOK TILL DONE
  17. SERVE HOT WITH A DOLLOP OF BUTTER ON TOP
  18. TRY THEM, THEY'RE YUM
