Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato 3
  2. Oil 2 spoon
  3. Cumin 1/2 spoon
  4. Roasted cumin 1 spoon
  5. Green chilli 2
  6. Tomato 2
  7. Green coriander
  8. Salt as per ur taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the potatoes, add the potatoes with cup of water in pressure cooker
  2. Boil the potatoes in pressure cooker for 4 to 5 whistle till potatoes cook.
  3. Peel and keep them aside
  4. Heat 2 spoon of oil in the pan. Crackle the 1/2 spoon of cumin first then add green chilli and tomato.
  5. Stir and saute till the oil start to leave side of the mixture
  6. Continue to stir in between when cooking the tomato couple of time.
  7. Directly crumble the boiled potatoes into the tomato gravy, stir and mix well.
  8. Add two cup of water and stir well.
  9. Sprinkle the salt roasted cumin and green coriander.
  10. Simmer till the gravy thicken a bit.
  11. Serve with poori or roti
