Omelette (Baked)

Ingredients to make Omelette (Baked)

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped Onions
  • 1 Tomato finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder {Optional}
  • Salt to Taste

How to make Omelette (Baked)

  1. Line a deep baking bowl with silver foil and gently brush with little oil. Pre-heat oven at 350C.
  2. Combine onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, turmeric, garam masala powder, chili powder and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs and whisk to combine well with veggie mixture. Pour this into pre-arranged baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or till skewer runs clean. Take out from oven and leave it to cool. Gently remove foil and flip it onto a plate carefully. Don’t use ladle to remove omelette. Doing so may tear the omelette. Serve warm.
My Tip: You can add in broccoli, spinach & mushrooms for much healthier version.
