Does it look like a Pizza? It do looks similar but it is not pizza. It's a freshly baked bread pool with home made tangy tomato sauce filled with corn and bell peppers. With some of the most beautiful looks, this bread is baked in hardly 25 mins.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For dough
  2. 4 cups All Purpose Flour
  3. 1 tsp Baking powder
  4. 1 tsp active yeast
  5. 1 tsp sugar
  6. 1 cup warm water
  7. 1 tbsp rosemary herb
  8. 5 garlic cloves minced
  9. 2 tbsp olive oil
  10. For fillings
  11. 1/2 cup finely chopped baby corns
  12. 1/2 cup finely sliced bell peppers
  13. Home made tomato sauce
  14. 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  15. 1 tbsp grated garlic

Instructions

  1. For dough
  2. Dissolve sugar in the warm water and add yeast. Mix lightly and let it prove for 20 mins.
  3. Sieve the flours + salt together. Add freshly chopped parsley leaves. Add 1 tbsp olive oil.
  4. Knead it well using yeast water and warm milk. Add more water if required. Once kneaded, brush it with olive oil and let it rest for 45 mins. Dough will be double in it's size.
  5. Now, roll a certain portion of dough into a round thin shape. Take another portion of dough and make long strand out of it.
  6. In the mid of the stand, stuff the tomato sauce with cheese.
  7. Roll strand in a round way so that it looks like a half braid. Arrange it on the outer circle of the round dough.
  8. Now in the center, sprinkle garlic all around. Spread a gentle serving of tomato sauce . Put bell peppers and corn and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it.
  9. Again sprinkle garlic all over. Let it bake at 200 degrees for 15 mins and at 100 degree for next 10 mins.
  10. Tangy Tomato bread pool with flavors of garlic and rosemary is ready!
