Layered pancake pavbhaji sandwich

Ingredients to make Layered pancake pavbhaji sandwich

  • For pancake:
  • 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp chikpea flour
  • 1 tbsp ragi flour
  • 2 tbsp brown rice flour
  • salt as per taste
  • Pinch of Soda
  • water
  • For stuffing:
  • 7 to 8 garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1 medium-sized onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium-sized green capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 big tomato grated
  • 2 medium-sized boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp. Kashmiri mirch powder or as per your taste
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp. Pav bhaji masala or as per taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh corriender leaves
  • 1 tbsp cooking olive oil + 1 tbsp olive oil for pancake
  • For other filling:
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tbsp grated cow's milk paneer
  • 2 tbsp cheese spread

How to make Layered pancake pavbhaji sandwich

  1. For pancake:
  2. Mix all ingredients and make a little thin batter
  3. Make a small size of pancake using little oil surrounding of pancake in non stick pan
  4. Make 6 pancake of this batter
  5. Keep a side
  6. For stuffing: Take non stick pan put olive oil. Heat . Add finely chopped garlic. Saute 1 min.
  7. Add chopped onion. Saute 3 to 4 min.
  8. Add capsicum. Saute 2 to 3 min.
  9. Now add grated tomato.
  10. Mix well. Saute 3 to 5 min.
  11. Add mashed potatoes.
  12. Add Kashmiri mirch powder
  13. Add pav bhaji masala
  14. Salt as per your taste.
  15. Mix well. Cook 3 to 4 min.
  16. Turn off gas.
  17. Keep aside
  18. Assemble: Take 1 pancake. Put 1 lettuce leaves. Put some stuffing. Spread properly.Then cheese spread . Put another pancake. Spread pav bhaji mixture. Put some cheese spread. Cover with 3 pancake.
  19. Now spread red garlic chutney.
  20. Sprinkle grated paneer over all properly.
  21. Serve immediately with Chilled arrieted water

My Tip:

I uaed home made cow's milk paneer it is low fat and healthy to.
