Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken boneless pieces 500 gm
  2. Sliced Capsicum 3 large ones
  3. Sliced bell peppers 2 large ones
  4. Sliced tomatoes 2 medium ones
  5. Sliced carrots 1 large one
  6. Sliced baby corns 3 medium ones
  7. Chopped garlic 1 tablespoon
  8. Dice cut onions 3 large ones
  9. Green chili paste 1 teaspoon
  10. Green Chilies 5-6
  11. Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
  12. vinegar
  13. soya sauce
  14. Tomato Sauce
  15. Ajinomoto 1/4 teaspoon
  16. Salt
  17. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with vinegar and a pinch of salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Boil the baby corns for 5 minutes, and boil the chicken for 10 minutes. Then tear the boiled chicken into long shreds.
  3. Heat refined oil in a pan. Fry the chicken. Next add the onions and chopped garlic together and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add salt as needed.
  5. Next add all the carrots, bell peppers, capsicum, green chilies and tomato and fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Add red chili powder.
  7. Add green chili paste and the sauce (mix soya sauce and tomato sauce in a bowl).
  8. Stir the mixture for few minutes, then add ajinomoto and vinegar (few drops) and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with roti/fried rice.
