Ingredients: For the Pizza cups:; 2 cups All purpose flour; 1 tsp instant yeast; 1/2 Tbsp sugar; 3/4 cup lukewarm water; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil; 1/2 cup pizza sauce; For topping:; 1 capsicum cut and diced; 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels; 1 small onion diced; Chilli flakes

For the Pizza cups:
2 cups All purpose flour
1 tsp instant yeast
1/2 Tbsp sugar
3/4 cup lukewarm water
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup pizza sauce
For topping:
1 capsicum cut and diced
1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
1 small onion diced
Chilli flakes

Instructions

For the pizza cups:
Mix yeast and sugar with lukewarm water and keep aside for ten minutes
Take flour and put oil and salt in it. Make a well in its centre
After 10 minutes froth would have developed in the warm water
Mix this yeast-water with the flour and make a dough
Pat with oil and cover it with cling wrap and put in a warm place for an hour. The dough will rise to double
After an hour take the dough and gently knock out the air
Divide into 12 balls and again leave it for fifteen minutes for the second rise
Now roll each ball.
Take a muffin tray and grease the cups and dust with flour
Place the rolled out dough in each cup of the muffin tray
Spread pizza sauce on each cup
Spread cheese in each cup
Arrange capsicum, onion and corn
Sprinkle oregano powder and chilli flakes.
Bake in a very hot oven at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes
Take out thd pizza cups from the muffin tray and serve hot
