Biscuit Brownies

Ingredients to make Biscuit Brownies

  • 20 unsweetened(or with very very less sugar) biscuits
  • 200 mL(1/2 tin)-Sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp- cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp.- coffee powder
  • 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 7-10 chopped almonds(optional)
  • 3-4 drops of Vanilla/Chocolate essence(optional)

How to make Biscuit Brownies

  1. Crush the biscuits coarsely and add in the sugar, cocoa and coffee powder.
  2. Add in the condensed milk, the almonds(or any other dry fruit) and the vanilla/chocolate essence. Mix it well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a greased plate and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. Then cut your brownies and garnish then with some more almonds.
