About Sugarfree Kheer Recipe

This dish is good for diabetic people as well as for kids.

Sugarfree Kheer

Ingredients to make Sugarfree Kheer

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup mawa
  • 4-5 dried figs
  • 8-10 dates and almonds
  • coconut powder to garnish

How to make Sugarfree Kheer

  1. Soak the figs in milk for 2 hours. Then deseed the dates and make a paste of it along with the figs.
  2. Boil the milk till it's thicken, add the paste of dates and figs and cook for 5-6 mins.
  3. Add mawa and cook till it blends well with the mixture and turn off the flame.
  4. Add coconut powder and almonds and set it in the fridge for 30 mins.
  5. Serve it chilled or it can be served hot as well.
