ABOUT mango rabri prepared in milk powder and kewra water RECIPE

Prepared with mango puree and milk powder, flavoured with kevda water and also add some kevda essence .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. milk 2 cup or 1/2 kg
  2. milk powder 2 large cup
  3. ghee 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar as per taste
  5. kewda water 1 tbsp
  6. chopped nuts 1 tbsp
  7. Mango puree 1 cup
  8. cardamom powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix milk,milk powder and ghee and churn in mixer for couple of minute.
  2. Boil this mixture in a heavy bottom pan stir continuously till become thick consistency.
  3. Now add chopped nuts,mango puree,cardamom powder and sugar and cook it for 5 minute more.
  4. Turn off the flame now.
  5. Add kevda water and serve chilled.
