  • milk 2 cup or 1/2 kg
  • milk powder 2 large cup
  • ghee 1/2 cup
  • Sugar as per taste
  • kewda water 1 tbsp
  • chopped nuts 1 tbsp
  • Mango puree 1 cup
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp

How to make mango rabri prepared in milk powder and kewra water

  1. Mix milk,milk powder and ghee and churn in mixer for couple of minute.
  2. Boil this mixture in a heavy bottom pan stir continuously till become thick consistency.
  3. Now add chopped nuts,mango puree,cardamom powder and sugar and cook it for 5 minute more.
  4. Turn off the flame now.
  5. Add kevda water and serve chilled.
