Mango Mattha

Ingredients to make Mango Mattha

  • Thick curd 4 cups
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Diced mangoes 3 cups
  • Elaichi powder 1/4 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 cup cold milk if you wish to make a thinner version
  • Saffron a few strands soaked in milk

How to make Mango Mattha

  1. Mix all ingredients, reserving some mangoes for topping.
  2. Chill and serve.
